Alan D. Stokes

Alan’s work experience spans several areas, including industrial design and application, computer software, and of course, accident reconstruction and began even before his graduation from the University of Florida College of Engineering in 1993.  He moved to full-time forensic consulting and accident reconstruction in 2000.  He is qualified and experienced in the fields of forensic accident/incident investigation, analysis and reconstruction in a wide variety of cases including motor vehicle accidents involving automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, heavy trucks, tractor trailers, and trains, shootings (firearms and bullet trajectory), premises liability such as slip/trip/fall, industrial and railroad accidents, and computer technology including forensic computer investigation and analysis, and  3D animations.  He has worked for both plaintiff and defense in a range of cases from relatively small property damage insurance claims to multimillion dollar personal injury cases, criminal cases with and without fatalities, and more. Alan was also fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionist (ACTAR) in 2006.  There are approximately 1000 accredited reconstructionist worldwide and less than 60 in the state of Florida.

In 1994 and again in 1995, Alan was recognized for his professionalism and ethics with nominations to the Who’s Who of Worldwide Business Leaders.  He has testified in numerous cases.  Because of his expertise and abilities as a witness, Alan was invited to participate in the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) Masters in Trial Conference as an Expert Witness during their mock trial presentation where he handled cross-examination by some of the best trial attorneys in the country.  Alan is a member of Accident Reconstruction Network (ARC).



Andrea E. Stokes, B.A., J.D. 


Office/Business Administrator.


A graduate of the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the UF College of Law, Andrea provides non-engineering support including legal research and writing, document production, translation (English – Spanish, Spanish – English), accounting, case management and scheduling.  Her experiences as a former practicing attorney on both sides of the courtroom provide helpful insights into the world of litigation and dispute resolution.
